• Website design revisions: Delivered within 24 hours
• Web development revisions: Delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity
• Illustrative logos: Revision turnaround is 48 hours

Turnaround time refers to how quickly your initial design concepts are delivered after order confirmation and brief submission.
• Logo orders: 24–48 hours
• Logo packages with 4+ concepts: Minimum 48 hours
• Website design (home/index or revamp): Minimum 48 hours
• Website development (5–7 static pages): 3–5 business days
• Illustrative logos: First concept delivered within 48–72 hours
• Orders placed on Friday or Saturday begin processing on Monday
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds from MDD Consulting are subject to the following conditions. Refunds will not be granted if:
• You’ve selected an “All-in-One” package
• The primary design concept has been approved
• Revisions have already been requested
• Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our service
• We haven’t heard from you for over 2 weeks
• Our policies have been violated
• Another company or designer has been hired for the same project
• The creative brief lacks essential information
• A complete design overhaul is requested
• The refund request exceeds the allowed time frame
• Your business is closing or changing its name
• The reason is personal (e.g., change of mind, partner disagreement)
• You’re dissatisfied with one service in a bundle (refund applies only to that service)
• Final files have already been delivered
• The item was offered free of charge
• More than 30 days have passed for logo refunds, or 90 days for website refunds
• Services like SEO, Social Media, Domain Registration, or Hosting are non-refundable
• Website refunds are void once the design is approved and sent for development
Note: After a refund is processed, all rights to the designs revert to MDD Consulting.
